This program provides support to employees to support physical or financial wellbeing.
Part and full time employees receive hours of paid time in exchange for hours of community service annually. Eight hours for full-time employees and 4 hours for part-time employees.

Available to employees, spouses, and qualified dependents, the EAP is a free, confidential resource that provides valuable resource for support and information during difficult times, as well as consultation on day-to-day concerns. Counselors are experts in providing support, understanding and guidance for a broad range of situations including:

  • Substance Abuse
  • Family Counseling
  • Emotional Personal and Stress Concerns
  • Financial and Credit Problems
  • Dependent Care

401k 

All eligible full-time and part-time employees can immediately defer 1-60% of earnings on a pre-tax basis up to allowable maximums.

Company matches $.80 for every $1.00 up to 8% on employee deferrals on eligible compensation after completion of waiting period.

Waiting period will end the next January 1st or July 1st coinciding with or following 12 months of continued service and the completion of 1,000 hours of service during a 12-month period.

Profit Sharing

Company contribution is discretionary based on company profitability. Contribution will be automatically deposited into your 401k plan. 

Paid Time Off

MainSource provides eligible employees paid time away from work in the form of a Paid Time Off (PTO) Bank to address holidays and personal needs such as vacation, family illness, and incidental illness absences not covered by the Short Term Disability plan.

Short Term Disability

Payment of 66 2/3% of weekly income - up to $1,500 per week for up to 26 weeks. 

Voluntary Long Term Disability

Opportunity to elect Long Term Disability insurance that pays up to 60% of monthly income - up to $6,000 per month to age 65 or normal retirement age.
